Richard Epcar ist ein Schauspieler/Synchronsprecher und -regisseur, der über 1.200 Charaktere in Videospielen, Animationen und Anime synchronisiert hat. Am bekanntesten ist er als Stimme von Batou im Ghost in the Shell Franchise, Der Joker in mehreren Batman-Spielen, darunter Injustice: Gods Among Us und Injustice 2, Raiden in Mortal Kombat und Ansem in Kingdom Hearts. Begonnen bei Robotech, hat man ihn auch in Korra, Lupin, Monster, Transformers, Star Wars, Bleach, Gundam, Babylon 5 und Power Rangers, um nur einige zu nennen.
